This course builds on 'Facilitating Personal Financial Management'. It is for educators and facilitators who will be teaching or facilitating sessions on personal financial management, but do not want to undertake a full degree or diploma programme. This course is designed to meet CAA requirements for RPAS operators with little or no aviation experience who want to enter the industry or further develop their understanding of the use of RPAS in the aviation environment. The course is designed to bridge the gap between RPAS operators and aviators to enhance the safety of your operation. It delivers a syllabus centred around safe operating practices featuring hands-on scenarios and practical demonstrations by industry experts.

Ted Zorn

Director - Institute of Executive Education

A professor of organisational communication for nearly 30 years, Ted held positions at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Waikato University before taking his role at Massey University in 2012. His research in recent years has focused on the use of dialogue and other forms of communication in leading change.

Patricia Bossons

Director – Executive Qualifications

A business psychologist specializing in executive education and personal development, Patricia joined Massey from Henley Business School (UK). She has worked at the interface of academia and business for most of her career, designing and delivering executive education for organisations and individuals.

Mike Fiszer

Director of Professional Leadership Practice and International Executive Education

As an innovative management scientist, business psychologist and OD consultant, Mike works at the forefront of challenging and creative approaches to experiential leader development in New Zealand and overseas. His doctoral research asks that leaders bring meaningfulness at work into focus and ensure that we are all having productive, well-lived lives in well-led organisations.

Steven Naudé

Director - Executive Development

Steven has been involved in various commercial, not-for-profit and academic institutions across New Zealand and South Africa for the past 20 years. His roles have included sales, marketing, general management and executive suite. His particular area of interest is bridging the gap between professional education, academic qualifications and the development needed by executives to make a measurable difference to business in New Zealand.
