The School of Food and Nutrition is located across Massey University's Manawatū (Palmerston North) and Albany (Auckland) campuses. We work closely with food and health industries in New Zealand and overseas. The global food and health industries are undergoing major changes. People increasingly view the interaction between food, nutrition and lifestyle as central to a long and healthy life. The resulting market-led development of innovative products, and the advanced technologies required to make them, will depend more and more on the multidisciplinary application of scientific knowledge. We help industry and society to achieve better outcomes through applied and relevant scholarship.
