The residential staff are the first point of call for current tenants to discuss any issues, find information regarding events and activities, ask questions about the University, and request any maintenance jobs. They are very knowledgeable and if they are unable to help they will gladly put you in touch with someone who can.

Priscilla Brooking, Residential Operations Manager

The Residential Operations Manager oversees the Hall operations and ensures the Hall is a safe, comfortable and fun environment to support your study life at Massey University.

Louis Davis, Residential Life Coordinator



Our live-in Coordinator provides pastoral care to tenants and drives the event life at the Hall, coordinating our Residential Assistants.

Blake Weston, Residential Life Officer

This role supports the pastoral care at the Hall and works with the Residential Life Coordinator to keep our Hall safe, friendly and fun.

Debbie Kowalczyk, Administration Officer

The Administration Officer handles administration and can assist with any enquiries about maintenance, applications and your life at the Hall.

Residential Assistants

Residential Assistants are senior students who have participated in a comprehensive training programme covering the areas of conflict resolution, listening skills, emergency response, leadership development and first aid. They live in the Halls, and are residents' first point of contact for resolving any disagreements or issues.

The team at Student Central handle residential agreements and finances. Head into Student Central in the Pyramid on the Massey campus if you need to make a payment, or have questions regarding accommodation options or your residential agreement.

James Collings, Student Life Services Team Leader

The Student Life Services Team Leader is based in Student Central on the Massey Wellington campus and is responsible for providing financial and administration services, particularly arranging Residential Agreements, handling payments and processing bond refunds.

Dylan Barrow, Accommodation Services Administration Officer (Finance)

The Accommodation Services Administration Officer (Finance) is also based in Student Central and is responsible for providing financial and administration services, particularly arranging Residential Agreements, handling payments and processing bond refunds.
